Policy Statement

FIBERMAX does not provide any refund except in the case of an unsuccessful transaction in which payment is debited from the bank but not reflecting in the portal page.

Exception

In cases where a transaction fails — specifically when funds are withdrawn from a customer's bank account but the payment does not appear in the customer portal — a refund will be processed.

How to Request a Refund

If you experience a failed transaction, please contact our support team at fibermaxrgp@gmail.com or call +91-7440044192 with your transaction details and bank statement screenshot. We will verify and process the refund at the earliest.
